Plans and limits – overview
SaaS Tracker is offered in plan tiers. Your plan and subscription (with optional overrides) define what you can use and at what price.
Plan tiers
Current tiers are Trial, AI Cost, Starter, Growth, and Enterprise.
- AI Cost (€49/mo) is a focused entry SKU for B2B SaaS teams that want visibility into AI feature costs (token spend, customer-level AI margin) before adopting full product analytics.
- Starter / Growth / Enterprise add full account-level product analytics, feature adoption, revenue, health scoring, and (on Growth+) signals and prioritization.
- AI Cost Analytics is included in Starter and above; advanced AI value signals are positioned for Growth.
Each tier defines limits for applications, events per month, and retention. Exact limits are shown in the Billing / Plan page inside the product.
Plan vs subscription
- A plan defines default limits and feature flags.
- A subscription links a company to a plan and determines the effective limits.
- A subscription may include:
- Negotiated pricing
- Custom limits
- Temporary overrides
- Trial status
Common limits
- apps_max – Maximum number of applications per company.
- events_per_month – Soft limit; ingest does not block when exceeded.
- retention_days – How long raw event data is kept (depends on plan).
- orgs_max – Maximum number of tracked organizations.
Limits are evaluated at the company level, while analytics operate at the organization (customer_org_id) level.
Exact values are shown on the Billing / Plan page in the app (Settings → Billing / Plan).
Features by plan
Available features depend on your plan (e.g. ingest API, dashboards, event stream, event explorer, organization health). SSO/SAML, SCIM, and audit logging are not currently part of the product.
Overage behavior
- Soft overage: If you exceed plan limits (e.g. events per month), ingest continues to accept events. Overage does not affect ingest availability. The system sets an overage flag; the UI shows the overage state and may suggest a higher plan. You can request an upgrade or adjust usage.
